Our consultation process is designed to provide you with personalized, science-based support throughout your health journey. It begins with an initial 75-minute assessment, during which we review your completed pre-consultation questionnaire to gain an overview of your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history, and wellness goals. Based on this, we define clear and achievable goals tailored to your specific nutritional and health needs. You will receive a personalized action plan designed to support your progress in a sustainable and realistic way. A 30-minute follow-up session is included to monitor your progress, adjust your plan if necessary, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Duration: 10 weeks.
